Rhiannon’s work focuses on cultivating a space that allows self-growth, self-awareness, compassion, and empowerment. She values the importance of a strong therapeutic and human relationship and enjoys working collaboratively with clients to achieve mutually agreed goals. Rhiannon understands treatment is a unique experience for each individual and therefore strives to tailor treatment to the client’s specific needs.  Rhiannon strongly believes in creating a compassionate, empathic and warm safe space for all clients to feel supported.

Experience and Interests

Rhiannon’s training and experience have seen her working with people of all ages across the lifespan including adolescents, young adults and mature adults in both educational and private spaces.

Rhiannon is particularly passionate and interested in supporting clients struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, self-esteem and self-worth, perfectionism, anxiety, trauma, mood and depression, performance psychology and overall quality of life.

Therapies

Rhiannon draws from a range of different modalities to accommodate her support to clients. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Enhanced (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness.

Rhiannon is an outdoor kind of person who can either be found at the beach, on a hike or traversing the mountains on her snowboard. She enjoys catching up with friends and family, especially if it is over a cheeseboard and a cheeky Peach Bellini.
