Melbourne Psychology Clinic

People from all ages and backgrounds are vulnerable to suffering from mental health problems. Poor mental health has a major impact on a person’s day-to-day life. Sometimes, even the most basic and fundamental of daily tasks can become extremely hard to deal with.

Regardless of your situation and the challenges you may be facing, seeing a psychologist can help. If you find yourself starting to feel hopeless and struggling to know how to improve your mood, it may be time to arrange an appointment at a Melbourne psychology clinic.

Perhaps you’re dealing with the loss of someone close to you, and you need help coping with your grief. Or, perhaps you’ve recently been diagnosed with a chronic and/or terminal health condition, and you’re finding it difficult to process your emotions and thoughts.

Or, maybe you feel lost and hopeless, and you find yourself struggling with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and/or stress. You may be struggling to keep your head above water and feel helpless about your future.

Whatever your circumstances, you can rest assure that help and support is available – and it’s easier to access than you may think.

How to Choose the Right Clinic for You

There are a variety of different psychology clinics throughout the city of Melbourne and the surrounding areas – it’s sometimes hard to know which clinic is best for you.

When it comes to deciding, it’s a good idea to find out the treatment focus of the local clinics in your area, and discuss these options with those closest to you and with your GP. This way, you have the best chance of selecting a clinic that is suited to helping you with your particular problems.

The Peaceful Mind Psychology Approach

Here at Peaceful Mind Psychology, we’re proud to be one of the largest Malvern and Armadale psychology clinics. Located in the inner southeast, we treat people from all over Melbourne. You can rely on us for help with a wide range of different mental health problems. There are a few things that set us apart from other Melbourne psychology clinics.

First, we have a supportive team of young, yet highly experienced and skilled, female psychologists, making us the number-one choice for many teenage girls and young women who wish to talk with someone to whom they can easily relate and feel comfortable with.

We are highly competent in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, low self-esteem, among many other things. We’re also well trained and experienced in treating eating disorders and issues related to body image, which means we can offer help in this area that many practices simply cannot provide.

With a friendly and knowledgeable team, as well as a commitment to providing comprehensive treatment focused on each person’s individual challenges, we’re the local psychologist Malvern, Armadale and the inner Melbourne region can rely on.

Our psychology clinic in Melbourne also delivers a high standard of care and professionalism. We are all well trained and skilled in therapies proven by research to be effective. Our psychologists are goal-orientated and highly conscientious; we want to see positive change in our clients just as much as they do!

While we use evidence-based therapies to improve wellbeing, we also take the time to understand the individual and tailor our approach to each client’s needs. We highly value the therapeutic relationship and collaborate with you to achieve your goals and hopes.

Peaceful Mind Psychology is a Well-Established Armadale Psychology Practice

Peaceful Mind Psychology is a local Armadale psychology clinic that was developed in 2015 by Clinical Psychologist, Natalie Incledon. Due to its reputation, the practice grew quickly from a team of one psychologist (Natalie) to a team of currently 8 psychologists and growing!

Natalie established the practice based on her own values of kindness, honesty and empathy. It has always been very important to Natalie that her clients receive the best possible care and in a warm and caring manner. As such, the seven other psychologists who have joined her team are all warm, friendly and provide a high standard of care.

Our team of Malvern psychologists have a good reputation in the local community. We share strong working relationships with local GPs and other health professionals. We also receive positive feedback from our clients, and as such, they refer their friends and family to our clinic. Interestingly, most of our referrals are via word of mouth, which speaks loudly about the quality of service our psychology clinic provides!
