Nathan has a strong interest in working with men and boys on issues specific to their demographic as well as with neurodivergent clients including those with Autism and ADHD.
Therapies
Nathan works within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework. He also incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Existential Therapy approaches. This means Nathan explores the thought patterns that may be unhelpful in his clients lives but also invites them to consider and explore the deeper meaning in their lives.
