Therapy is guided by the client, and clients are supported throughout the process.

Mary has experience working with clients across the lifespan, in both public and private mental health settings. She has provided individual and group therapy in hospital, private practice, and school settings. Mary has an interest in working with clients on the management of stress, burnout, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma-related issues, grief, life transitions, adjustment, pain, substance use or addiction issues, interpersonal or relationship difficulties, and sleep-related problems.
