Martina believes in establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients built on trust and reciprocity. Her approach and process are very much client-centred where she tailors therapy to best meet the unique needs of the individual.

Experiences and Interests

Martina has experience working in a number of settings, including private practice, community, forensic, and education sectors. She has worked primarily with adolescents and adults with varied presentations, including mood and anxiety issues, relationship concerns, trauma issues, stress and burnout, personality difficulties, alcohol and other drug use, and adjustment issues

Beyond this, Martina possesses a particular interest in working with psychological difficulties relating to the experience of chronic health and pain, perinatal and postnatal challenges as well as clients with LGBTIQ-related issues.
