She is committed to providing a collaborative and person-centred approach to help clients explore their authentic identity, and work through their personal therapy goals and challenges. Experience and Interests

Kristi enjoys working with clients who experience signs of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, occupational burnout, stress, and adjustment related challenges. Kristi strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment by employing a strength-based approach that fosters self-acceptance. She is particularly passionate about using this strength based approach for neurodiversity affirming care, which celebrates her client’s unique strengths and differences. Kristi’s interests stem from her previous experiences in both hospital and private practice settings, where she worked with clients of all ages in areas such as eating disorders, autism, ADHD, chronic pain, and mood disorders.

Kristi uses an eclectic combination of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), attachment theory and mindfulness to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client.
