She takes a client-centered approach that focuses on the client’s life experiences and strengths to achieve therapeutic outcomes. Her approach is evidence-based and recognizes that the client is the expert of their own experience.

Experiences and Interests

Courtney has worked with individuals across diverse cultural backgrounds and the lifespan, in private practice, schools, and community mental health services. She has experience in treating a range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, body image, and self-esteem challenges. Her work in schools has provided her with extensive experience in working with young people and their families. Courtney is particularly passionate about working with young adults and adolescents to achieve their therapeutic goals.
