Bronwyn has experience working with people across the lifespan, from young children to mature adults. She has had the opportunity to deliver both individual and group therapy sessions in various settings, including public health, not-for-profit, and the education sector. Bronwyn has worked with clients who struggle with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, substance use, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, substance use, and personality disorders.
Bronwyn uses an eclectic blend of interventions from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness practices to cater therapy to the needs of the client.
