Rhys works with adults and adolescents, he has gained diverse experience across both private and public mental health settings. He provides support for (but not limited to) relationship challenges and breakups, work-related stress, procrastination, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, personality disorders, trauma, and distressing memories.
