She aims to foster an environment based on trust and respect, where clients can express themselves authentically. Erin’s focus is on tailoring therapy to the needs of her clients, gently challenging and supporting them in making lasting changes.

Erin has experience working with adolescents and adults in both community and private settings. She has experience with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship concerns, disordered eating and body related concerns, neurodivergence, obsessive compulsive, and life transitions.

Erin adopts a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting to the needs of her clients. Her work is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Erin adopts a person-centred, strengths-based approach to all of her work to meet the unique needs of her clients.
