Rachel creates a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe to explore their inner world. She values genuineness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy, and works collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences. Through this process, she supports clients to deepen their self-understanding, find their voice, build self-compassion, and reconnect with what it means to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. She has also supported individuals facing grief and loss, stress, burnout, and relationship difficulties and adjustment to life transitions.
