Transitioning to psychology after a career in the fashion industry, an extended period living overseas, and raising two children, Jen brings a diverse perspective to her practice. Jen believes in the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance to facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes. She collaborates closely with clients to develop therapy goals, ensuring clarity and alignment in the therapeutic process.

Jen has worked with individuals of all ages across diverse settings, including educational and community environments. She has experience with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions, ADHD, Autism, grief and loss, trauma, gender identity, and alcohol and substance issues.

Informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness practices, Jen adopts a flexible and tailored approach to therapy.
