These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) and Mindfulness-based Therapies, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Carina is always seeking professional development opportunities in order to solidify and supplement her repertoire of frameworks.
