Belinda believes that successful therapy is conditional on a relationship based on collaboration and mutual respect. By understanding a client’s individual world and unique past, Belinda strives to gently challenge clients, fostering growth and change to meet mutually agreed-upon goals.

Belinda is interested in working with adolescents and adults with a diverse range of mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Belinda has experience working with individuals of all ages from diverse cultural backgrounds and faiths. Belinda has worked in various settings, including public youth mental health, community mental health, and rehabilitation hospitals. Belinda also draws on her extensive work history in the corporate sector in the UK and Middle East as well as in Australia.


Belinda utilises evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural and mindfulness to guide treatment according to her client’s unique needs, collaboratively adjusting therapy as needed.
