Abanti is a compassionate and non-judgemental psychologist who strives to make the therapeutic journey as productive and impactful as possible for her clients.


Abanti’s therapeutic approach is warm, client-centered, and collaborative. Abanti recognises that each individual is unique in their needs, goals and life experience, so she aims to provide a tailored approach for each person she works with.

Experiences and Interests

Abanti has experience working with adolescents and adults in both a private and school settings. She has provided psychological therapy for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, personality disorders, trauma, sleep problems, relationship issues, and grief and bereavement. She also has a keen interest in working with clients with chronic health conditions and experiencing life transitions.


Abanti uses various evidence-based approaches in therapy and has experience in providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills and Mindfulness to clients.

Outside of the therapy room, Abanti loves making a morning matcha, going to the gym for strength training or barre, and binge-watching TV shows. She also loves spending time with her nearest and dearest.
