Sharon is a caring and warmhearted psychologist who greatly values her work and the trust of her clients. Sharon places a strong emphasis on creating a space where a client feels safe, acknowledged, respected, and free to express their concerns.


We are often presented with challenges in life that at times makes it difficult to connect with our inner wisdom, clarity, and strength. Sharon works with each client to elaborate on their goals and explore change. She achieves this by building upon their existing self-knowledge and skills.

Experiences and Interests

Sharon has experience working with adults who present with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, stress, grief and loss, smoking cessation, and work-related issues. Sharon has a longstanding interest in the intimate connections between emotional health and physical health, which is known as the ‘mind-body connection’. In addition to this, Sharon has substantial experience in the psychological, social and behavioural aspects of cancer, which has seen her work with patients facing treatment as well as family members of patients.


Sharon draws on a range of therapeutic interventions, including Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing,
